The Dassel History Center and Ergot Museum would not exist without the unique and generous support of the City of Dassel. Financial and management support from city leaders has enabled the museum to renovate, expand and be adequately staffed. It is truly a partnership between the Dassel Area Historical Society, which operates the museum, and the City of Dassel, which owns the facility and provides the staffing.

The City of Dassel has also been instrumental in obtaining and managing the several grants that have provided funding for renovation.
